How to Place an Order with Us

1) Shop Online — Shopping Cart

Click on the "Add to Cart" or "Special Order" button to add the item you desire to the shopping cart. Click the "Continue Shopping" button within the shopping cart to add more items to your cart.

If you need to order more than one of the same item, change the number in the qty. box, then use the "recalculate" button. If you need to delete an item, click on the little trash can with the red x on it. When you are done shopping click on the appropriate buttons to complete the order. We will be in touch with you as soon as we receive the order.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are set to a minimum amount of $10 in the shopping cart. Postage fees will be computed on a per-order basis using USPS shipping zones. We try very hard to get the proper rate applied to your order so that you are not overcharged. We do not intend to make a profit off of the shipping charges.

Orders totaling less than $10 may be shipped in a First Class Mailer without insurance and delivery confirmation. This will save on postage costs. We will not be responsible for what happens to your uninsured order once it leaves here and enters into the postal system. Free shipping on items totaling $100 or more within the United States only. We no longer ship outside of the United States of America.

2) Contact Us by E-Mail

Use the Contact Linda email form to tell us what you would like us to create for you. Please specify the colors and sizes you are looking for. We can work out all the details by e-mail.

Payment can be made using PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, Personal Check or Money Order. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN THE E-MAIL — it is not safe to do so. Call us or give us a time that Linda can call you.

3) Order by Phone: 315-561-7271

Call between the hours of 10 am and 8 pm Eastern Time, daily. Have the product item names you want and payment information ready at the time of your order.

We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express via phone. Please be advised that we process credit cards through a secure server on the Internet. Knits & Bits by Linda will be on your statement as the point of sale.

Linda is hearing impaired. She will do her best to understand you on the phone.

You may also pay by check or money order. Please make them payable to: KNITS & BITS by LINDA. However, please do not mail a check without us confirming your order total with appropriate postage added for your order. We strongly recommend that you use the shopping cart order form — it is located on a secure site so we have the correct mailing information. Also please provide the address of where you receive your postal mail. We do not ship UPS.

1) MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express

Information is gathered through the secure shopping cart we use. This method can be used for Internet orders and phone orders. Credit Cards are NOT charged until the order is ready to mail.

2) PayPal

Credit card and eCheck payments for Internet orders. You will be sent an e-mail invoice from us when the order is completed and ready to mail. Follow the link in that message to go to PayPal to make your payment. We do not have the ability to withdraw the funds from your account for you.

3) Personal Check or Money Orders

Made out to: KNITS & BITS by LINDA. Use this form of payment for Internet orders and phone orders. Select your option in the shopping cart. PLEASE NOTE: your order will NOT be shipped until we have received your payment and it has been cleared by our bank. An additional fee of $25 will be charged if a check is returned as "insufficient funds".
