Are items ready to ship or made to order?
Most items at this webstore are made-to-order. Linda makes everything herself, by hand. Items marked "Add to Cart" are in stock and ready to ship. Items marked "Special Order" need to be made for you.
How do I place an order?
You can order through the shopping cart on the site, by e-mail, by phone at 315-561-7271 (10 am–8 pm ET daily), or by mail. See our How to Order page for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, personal check, and money orders. Select your option in the payment section of the shopping cart. Please DO NOT send credit card information by e-mail. Note: Credit Card payments will get your order to you faster. PayPal is handled with invoicing from PayPal when the order is ready to ship. Shipped after PayPal lets us know the invoice has been paid. Personal checks and money orders will not be shipped until we receive the payment, it is deposited into our bank account and has been marked “cleared”.
What are your shipping charges?
We use USPS Ground Advantage with insurance and delivery confirmation. The minimum shipping cost is $10. Fees are calculated per order based on the weight of the packed box and the shipping zone of the delivery address. Free shipping on orders of $100 or more within the United States only.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we no longer ship outside of the United States of America. Shipping costs are much too expensive.
What is your return policy?
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Special orders and personalized items are non-returnable. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be returned in the same resalable condition as received. No returns without prior authorization.
Can I request a custom color or size?
Absolutely! Contact Linda and describe what you are looking for. We can work out all the details together.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes. Credit card information is gathered through our secure shopping cart. Please do not send credit card details by e-mail — call us instead.

Please note that we now use USPS Ground Advantage shipping with insurance & delivery confirmation. Fees are adjusted based on the weight of the packed box and shipping zone of delivery address for all orders. These fees are less than Priority Mail.
Please provide the address that you receive your postal mail at.
Minimum shipping cost is set to $10 in the shopping cart. All postage fees are calculated per order to the shipping zone of arrival.
