How to place an order with us:

1) Click on the "Add to Cart" or "Custom Order" button to add the item you desire to the shopping cart. Click the "Continue Shopping" button to add more items to your cart. If you need to order more than one of the same item, change the number in the qty. box, then use the "recalculate" button. When you are done shopping click on the appropriate buttons to complete the order. We will be in touch with you as soon as we receive the order.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are set to minimum amount of $6.90 for up to 1 pound in the order total. Postage fees will need to be computed on a per order basis using USPS shipping "zones". We try very hard to get the proper rate applied to your order so that you are not overcharged for shipping/handling/insurance and delivery confirmation. We do not intend to make a profit off of the shipping charges.

2) Contact us via e-mail. Contact Us
Tell us what you would like us to create for you. Please specify the colors and sizes you are looking for. We can work out all the details by e-mail. Payment can be made using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express, Personal Check or Money Order selected through the shopping cart.

3) Place an order by phone. 315-733-2755 between the hours of 9 AM and 9 PM Eastern Time. Have the product item numbers or names you want and payment information ready at the time of your order. We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express via phone. Please be advised that we process credit cards through a secure server on the Internet. You may also pay by check or money order.

We strongly recommend that you use the order form. It is located on a secure site. That way we have the correct mailing information.

4) Send your order by snail-mail. Just include the items you would like, colors, sizes, style, etc. (please be as specific as possible) along with a check or money order made payable to KNITS & BITS by LINDA or provide your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express info, for the total amount including the shipping charges and Sales Tax for your County if you live in New York State. Please e-mail us for the shipping charges for the amount you owe for your order size. Also please include your phone number in case we need to contact you for further details.

2) Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express Information is gathered through the secure shopping cart we use. This method can be used for Internet orders, phone orders or snail-mail orders. Credit Cards are NOT charged until the order is ready to mail.

3) Personal Check or Money Orders made out to: KNITS & BITS by LINDA ....Use this form of payment for Internet orders, phone orders or snail-mail orders.
PLEASE NOTE: your order will NOT be shipped until we have received your payment and it has been cleared by our bank. An additional fee of $25 will be charged if a check is returned as "insufficient funds"!
